FB ACT: Your Farm. Your Future

Every day, politicians and regulators in Washington D.C., Springfield, or your local community make decisions that impact the way you farm.  In today’s world, your voice can be easily drowned out by other interest groups.  We need you to speak out and advocate to protect your interests.  That’s where our grass-roots advocacy program, FB ACT, comes in to play.

The Illinois Farm Bureau’s Agricultural Contact Team (FB ACT) is a tool that helps members contact their elected officials (when needed) to ask them to vote in support of Illinois agriculture.  With the world at your fingertips, we even make being an advocate for Illinois Farm Bureau the easiest thing you’ll do all day.  If you’re not already an FB ACT member, text “FARM” to 52886 to sign-up for FB ACT and start receiving text message alerts when important issues affecting agriculture arise. 

These contacts make a big difference.  In fact, they matter so much that the Clinton CFB is offering another opportunity for local FB ACT members to win.  All Clinton County FB ACT members that respond to every Illinois Farm Bureau Action Request through the rest of 2022 will be entered into a drawing for a $100 gift certificate to Popeye’s Chophouse in St. Rose.
