The 2022 Clinton County Fair has come to an end, but not before the Clinton County Farm Bureau took several opportunities to show their support for agriculture and the county’s youth.
At the livestock shows, every participant received a free “There’s No Business Like Show Business” t-shirt and the Farm Bureau also sponsored the large photo backdrop and banners for all the 4-H Livestock Showmanship Award winners.
The Young Leader Committee even joined in this year, by donating a 12-volt John Deere Gator to the Junior Livestock Auction with the proceeds to be donated to the Clinton County 4-H Foundation. The winning bid of $1,000 was also matched by the Farm Bureau and donated to the Junior Livestock Association that runs the annual auction. A big thank you goes out to Riechmann Bros John Deere for allowing the Young Leaders to purchase the Gator at cost for the donation!
CONGRATULATIONS to all the fair participants! We are proud to support the County Fair and we can’t wait to see you all next year!
The large photo backdrop was used again this year and the Clinton CFB provided banners for all the 4-H Livestock Showmanship Award winners.
The Farm Bureau donated over 130 “There’s No Business Like Show Business” t-shirts for all youth livestock exhibitors.
