Young Leaders Donate to County EMS

Members of the Clinton County Farm Bureau (CFB) Young Leader Committee recently delivered the final donation from their 2023 Farm Safety Grant program with a $1,500 donation to Breese EMS.  A total of $2,700 was awarded to 2 county EMS providers, in cooperation with a $700 “Farm Safety Grant” from the Illinois Farm Bureau and COUNTRY Financial.

With the donated funds, Breese EMS purchased some new radio equipment for one of their ambulances.  Breese EMS was the second of two EMS equipment grants to be awarded for 2023.  A previous $1,200 donation was awarded to Sugar Creek EMS to purchase assorted supplies for portable trauma bags for their ambulances.
