Clinton County Farm Bureau offering second Community Impact Grant

Clinton County Farm Bureau offering second Community Impact Grant

For over 100 years, the Clinton County Farm Bureau has offered programs and services to inform, strengthen, and develop the agricultural industry in our county.  While the last few years have certainly challenged us all to persevere, our commitment to agriculture and our communities is stronger than ever.  With that in mind, our organization is excited to offer our second round of “Community Impact Grants” in 2022.

There are many great ideas for community-based projects which, unfortunately, do not become a reality.  Our Community Impact Grant program seeks to identify various projects that will improve our communities and create partnerships with other groups and organizations to make those projects a reality.

The Clinton County Farm Bureau has again committed up to $5,000 to fund community improvement projects for 2022 through an application process.  Examples of eligible organizations in Clinton County could include schools, civic organizations, churches, 4-H clubs, FFA chapters, fraternities, sororities, and etc…  Project ideas could include efforts like upgrades to community buildings, spaces, and playgrounds; needed equipment for 4-H clubs, FFA Chapters, or other school clubs/organizations; and other community-based projects that could use additional funding in Clinton County.  Projects with lasting impacts will be favored over those with a short-term impact.

With everything the last couple years have brought us, we are looking forward to your ideas to improve the communities that we live and work in.

Applications are available with the following link: https://form.jotform.com/220665172917055.

Deadline to apply is April 30, 2022.
