For several years, Clinton County Farm Bureau (CFB) has supported a multi-component cover crop and manure management project, evaluating soil health, return on investment, and more. The July field day is focused on getting producers out into the plot to see the year’s mixes and hear updates from the past year’s key findings and takeaways. New to 2024, Clinton CFB is participating in a Regenerative Agriculture Exchange with Jo Daviess CFB. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about ways that farmers can implement regenerative agriculture principles that fit into their individual operations, regardless of their location.
Join us to learn about the cover crop research taking place in Clinton County and receive information about top considerations for producers who are interested in implementing cover crops, various nutrient management strategies, and more.
