Registration is now open for the first of our four new winter “Ag in the Classroom” workshops.
Proceeds from this series will benefit the Clinton County Ag in the Classroom program. The Ag in the Classroom program provides monthly agricultural lessons to all first and fourth grade students in the Clinton County Schools.
December’s workshop will be a holiday wreath making workshop to hang on your door or above your fireplace. Come and join us for a fun session making your own traditional wreaths to take home to hang on your door or above your fireplace. We will have a vast array of natural materials and all equipment on hand for you to use along with lots of ideas to help you make your own fantastic wreath, a perfect gift or a wreath for yourself. Chris Lueking, Agriculture & Natural Resources Educator, with the University of Illinois Extension, will be leading this workshop.
Space is limited to the first 25 paid participants. If all slots are filled, please contact the office to be added to a waitlist. If we have enough interest, we may be able to add an additional session.
