Young Leaders Launch “Battle of the Brands” Raffle to Support Scholarships and Tractor Pull Event

The Clinton County Farm Bureau Young Leaders are igniting some friendly competition with the launch of their “Battle of the Brands” raffle — a unique fundraising effort that combines brand pride, community support, and a bit of pedal-powered fun.

The raffle features three iconic pedal tractors: a John Deere 4440, IH Hydro 100, and Allis-Chalmers 7060. Only 400 tickets will be sold at $10 each, giving participants a chance to win one of these collector-worthy tractors.

But it’s not just about taking home a prize — it’s about brand loyalty. The tractor brand that sells the most tickets will be crowned fan favorite, and one lucky supporter of that winning brand will receive a $100 cash prize.

“All proceeds support our Farm Bureau scholarship program and the Pulling for Agriculture Tractor Pull scheduled for September 13,” said a Young Leader spokesperson. “This is a fun way for people to show off their favorite tractor brand while supporting the future of agriculture in our community.”

Tickets are available now at the Clinton County Farm Bureau office in Breese.

Winners — both pedal tractor and cash — will be announced during the Pulling for Agriculture event in September.
